• Question: What's you favorite word?

      Good question! I am a big fan of the word mellifluous which means sweet-sounding but my favorite science word is probably phagocytosis which means when a cell eats another cell.

      hmmmmmm….. I don’t think I have a favorite word, but I love reading, so lots of words put together in stories. 🙂

      I suppose I could say supercalifragilisticexpialodocious — I do love the Sound of Music! 😉

      In terms of Science words it has to be mega- everything that blows your mind in Geology and Geoscience is pre-fixed by mega- …mega-tsunami, mega-volcano …..

      I quite like “confabulation”. This is where your brain creates a memory, so that you completely believe it, even though it didn’t actually happen.
