• Question: What would happen if all of Saturn's moons (not rings) crashed into it?

      This would be very upsetting, as Saturn’s moons are fascinating. If we were watching as it happened, we would probably see a series of very bright flashed as each one hit, then see massive clouds of dust and gas surround Saturn. Saturn would probably grow slightly, as would the rings.
      Something similar happened to Jupiter in 1994 when it was hit by a comet. There are some pictures of that here:
