With current technology, no. It would take 25,000 years to get to the closest other galaxy assuming you could travel at the speed of light which is impossible.
However, people are researching ways to put people into cryosleep which might help but even then I dont think you could put someone to sleep for long enough, maybe you would have to have generations of people living on a spaceship and then maybe, you could make it.
Of course, if we can invent a way to get round the speed of light problem then possibly but it wont be for a while anyway!
If you’ve seen Interstellar then you’ll have seen one option: A wormhole, where you bend space-time so that two points that are far apart seem to be connected. This would actually work, and the film showed it very well. Unfortunately, we have no idea how to make one!
Thanks for the answer hopefully there will be a way to achieve this before 25,000 as I would like to see it. If not, I have to hope to live for 25,000 years but I am pretty sure that science will not be as advance as that. Thank you for your answer.
