      It does have a lot of fat and our bodies are programmed to like sugar and fats… KFC also has lots of seasoning to flavour the batter.
      Did you know why hotter climates (like the southern US) tend to spice and season their food more? Because meat lacks defences against pathogens and parasites in hot countries people learned that seasoned and spicier food is less likely to make them sick and thus developed a preference for it. This is because spices are natural antimicrobials, which kill kill or inhibit the growth of pathogens and parasites in the food.

      with 11 secret spices and herbs… (plus a bunch of antibiotics and intensive farming!!)

      I actually don’t like fried chicken (I know i’m a bit weird!) But i love nandos
