I am not sure if i totally understand, but if I could do one experiment in my field, it would be to make what is called a minimal parasite. This means a parasite with the fewest number of genes that could survive. Then I could put back all of the other gene one by one and see what they do!

But this would be very hard and would take a long long time so i probably wont do it yet!

      Is this what you meant?

I wouldn’t just do one — scientific experiments need to be repeated a number of times to make sure they’re valid.

But I think it might be cool to test some of my drugs against Parkinson’s on mouse models!
