• Question: is there any way you or any one else could cure the African sleeping sickness?

      In the early stages of the disease, it can be cured quite easily with certain drugs. Its only in the later stages that it can become a problem.

      But some of my friends in Glasgow are testing some new drugs right now that should be able to help in the later stages. For any new drug it can take a long time to test because you want to be very very sure that the drug works and is safe but hopefully in the next 10 years or so we should have some new, better drugs to treat this disease.
